Q: Are there any alternatives to placing an order online with a credit card?
A: Yes! We accept credit cards, international money orders and personal checks, and you can either place your order online, mail, fax, or phone in your payment.

To pay via mail, simply add items to your shopping cart normally. When you get to the "Billing Information" page, select "Mailing or Fax" as your payment option, and complete the billing information as normal. You will not be asked for any credit card information. When you click on "Place Order" your order will be sent to us and you will be taken to a page confirming your order with a total. You should print this invoice, add your credit card info to the fields provided at the bottom or include a check or money order, and mail or fax the invoice to the following address:

Q: If I purchase more than one video, can I get them put together onto one tape to save space?
A: Certainly. By default, if someone orders more than one video, we put them together onto as few tapes as possible. We can usually fit two or three videos per tape depending on their lengths.

Q: How do the instant downloads work?
A: When you purchase an instant download, you will get three days download access to the video you purchased. Click here for more specific details about instant downloading.
