Instant Video Downloads

Service Details

When you purchase an Instant Video Download from the Brandenburg Collection you will have three days from the time of purchase to download the video. After that time, your download access to the video you purchased will expire. There will be no refunds or time extensions offered.

These are FULL-LENGTH videos digitized in MPEG-1 format at a data rate of 600kbits/sec at 24 fps (high quality broadband). The picture at 100% is 352x240 pixels. Each video is broken into several long, continuous files for downloading. We recommend using Apple's FREE Quicktime Player for best results.

** IMPORTANT
This service is only recommended for users with a broadband (T1, Cable, DSL, Satellite, etc...) internet connection. The videos we're offering are hi-res, with file sizes in the hundreds of megabytes. The downloads are broken into numerous smaller file sizes (~25MB), but even so, individuals attempting to download using a slow connection will have extremely long download times, and may not be able to download the videos at all. Additionally, you should also be sure that you have enough disk space to store the video you are downloading. Our videos may be as large as 300MB total, and if you don't have the room to keep it, you shouldn't attempt to download it.

Be sure to download and run the test file before you proceed to purchase and download a full video. If the test file works you should have no problem with the video downloads. If you experience difficulties with the test file, you will likely experience similar problems with the files you will pay for. There are no refunds.

Step-by-step Instructions

STEP 1 - Minimum Computer Requirements
Check that your computer and your internet connection meet the minimum requirements (see above). If the requirements are not met, do not attempt to purchase and download any videos. There are no refunds.

STEP 2 - Download Our Test Video
Before you attempt to purchase and download a video, we recommend that you first download our free test video. The test video is in the same format as the videos for sale. If the test file works you should have no problem with the video downloads. If you experience difficulties with the test file, you will likely experience similar problems with the files you will pay for. If the test file doesn't work, DO NOT attempt to purchase and download our videos. We cannot give a refund because your computer isn't set up correctly to view our videos.

STEP 3 - Select Video to Purchase
Select the video you wish to download. This will take you to a page with buttons for payment options.

STEP 4 - Choose Payment Method
Choose your payment method. All video downloads are $18.95 and are billed to a credit card or online check through iBill. You will be taken to a page that you need to fill out with your billing information. Fill out this form and continue with payment.

STEP 5 - Choose Username & Password
After submitting your billing information, you will be taken to a confirmation page where you will be prompted to select a username and password. Fill out this form and submit. You will be taken to a confirmation page with the username and password that you chose, and a link to the video download you purchased. Click on the link to go to the download site for the video you chose.

You will recieve two emails following your purchase. The first is your credit card transaction receipt, the second is your username/password receipt. **Keep these emails in case you lose your password.

STEP 6 - Downloading
After clicking on the link on the username/password confirmation page you will be taken to the download site for the video you selected. **We advise that you bookmark this page to make it easy for you to return to. On this page there will be a list of files for download. As stated previously, our videos are broken into smaller files to facilitate download. You will have access to these files for three days from the time you purchased them. Bear in mind that time extensions and refunds will not be available.

Right-click (PC) or option-click (Macintosh) to save the video files to your computer. They are yours to keep and can be viewed over and over as many times as you like.
