When 20-year-old, tall and muscular blonde Sandra asks Dimitri to share a punching bag and he refuses, Sandra takes things into her own hands and decides to punch on him instead. Dimitri gladly accepts her challenge not knowing that beautiful Sandra has trained as a kick boxer and wrestler. As he soon finds out, she really knows how to deliver some serious damage.

Sandra and Dimitri start off sparring, with Sandra getting in more good shots that he could have ever anticipated. The surprise on his face is obvious when she starts delivering accurate punches to his head and face. Before he knows what's happening to him, she unleashes a devastating barrage of well-placed and painful high kicks to his body.

Soon the two fighters are down on the mat with Dimitri locked in Sandra's ferocious grip. Unable to do anything to stop his oppressor, Dimitri is forced to endure a myriad of expertly executed arm bars, chokes, and finishing moves. Poor Dimitri can't do much more than try to endure the torment, and tap out when things get too bad. For most of the fight, Sandra keeps up the torture, methodically applying every hold in the book and punching the crap out of her hapless victim all the while.

By the end of the video Sandra has planted herself squarely on Dimitri's face, and reaching behind her, pounds on his belly knocking the wind out of him repeatedly. If you like watching an attractive and expertly skilled female fighter manhandling and abusing a weaker male opponent then this is the video for you.
